Greetings all, i have a case where 1 staff tender his resignation in 24 hour notice. my boss wanted to claim the in lieu notice. In his contract letter, he need to give us 2 month notice. he has no leave balance. his salary is RM1800 per month with RM50.00 ( Phone allowance) i need a sample letter of acceptance letter of resignation with in lieu claim.... Our contractor has shown low attendance(low mandays) in the wage register and deposited the concerned PF amount. But as per our punching record the mandays are not huge and not matching.
