Sir, I want to bring into the notice of a case happening in my organization. We have a permanent sweeper (Female) working in our company. The duties assigned to her is from 9AM to 1130AM. Sir, Presently I am working in time office/contract labour sec related to project site. Our contractor has shown low attendance(low mandays) in the wage register and deposited the concerned PF amount. But as per our punching record the mandays are not huge and not matching.
